Our team of Welfare Officers provides a range of support for visually impaired adults and children in their own homes.

This includes practical information, low vision advice, emotional support, and signposting to any other relevant services.  We are able to provide information not only about sight loss but also about the many other issues surrounding it, such as welfare and housing benefits.

We also help people with buying and setting up equipment, reading, form filling and sorting mail.  This basic support can help someone to lead an independent lifestyle.
